Hi everyone! My name is Angelia. I'm just starting out here and I'm ready for a new beginning. I'm going to be starting weight watchers at home. I just bought the stuff and I'm going to be tracking myself and using this forum as my support. I hope to give support too!!

Hey Angelia! I just wanted to share with you a little bit of my story. I started WW on-line October 12, 2010 and it has been one of the best commitments I have ever made. Exactly a year later, I weigh 101 pounds less and feel 101 times better! For the first 10 months, I didn't do any exercise but now I am going to Curves 5 times a week and Zumba 4 times. I still have a way to go but I know as long as I stay committed and not get frustrated I will make it. And, 3fatchicks.com and the wonderful posters on this site have come to my rescue time after time. Even though I don't post often, I log on almost everyday for advice and ENCOURAGEMENT. Good Luck and I know you can do it!

Welcome, Angelia! This is an amazing place to be. (I also log on almost every day but find myself posting infrequently recently...still, best support I've found anywhere.)

Good luck to you xo

Welcome! I was wondering if I should start WW online myself. Can somebody briefly explain to me, what is the plan called where you aren't counting points all the time, cause I know me, that won't work for me. The one with unlimited veggies and fruits I think?

Thank you for the awesome welcomes guys. I reallly appreciate it and can't wait to get to know everyone!! Paula I am not sure about which plan WW has that you don't count points. I am going to start the plus progam (I think that's what it's called). I got all the stuff online at Ebay. Best of luck!!

Welcome Angelia ~ I love your name it's so pretty!! Your at the right place...you will find encouragement, motivation and you will see that you are not alone in this.
Be sure to keep a journal so you can look back at far you have come. Take down all your measurements (from your neck to your calves) so during those times the scale is not moving as quickly as you like- you can see the inches are getting smaller.
If you stuble one day hang in there you get a fresh new day tomorrow.
I wish you great success!!

HI & welcome to the club! 3FC is a great place to find a hug or a kick in the behind, whichever you may need (sometimes you get the one you NEED rather than the one you WANT lol)

I have to give this place a lot of credit to my success ~ it's one of the things I did "differently" this time around, and even checking in every day keeps you mindful of what you put in your face, honest!

Keep us posted on your progress

Welcome, Angelia. This site is full of great advice and support. I love all the people I've met in here, especially the regulars in the 100 pound club threads. Probably because this is where I usually hang out and have gotten to know others here better than some other parts of the forum. It's a huge place. Find out where you fit and jump in. Good luck with WW. Lots of people have done well following their plans.

Hey! I'm new here too I started late August and I know what you mean... the thought of losing a 3 digit number is just daunting. But I started making a daily habit of googling weight loss success stories and it's really helped!

Best! I look forward to seeing you around the forums and hearing about your successes
