Default Article about refusing food

I got this interesting article in my inbox. While a lot of what they say is common sense, some of the suggestions are pretty helpful (such as the language to use and not to use) when trying to refuse food pushed upon you.

Just thought I would share with you all as I'm sure this is a problem we're all facing!

Interesting article!

I have problems with this, mostly extended family members. Since I've lost some weight, they watch what I eat, comment and/or try to make me eat more unhealthy stuff.

But some of these things might offend people. Like, if I was going to throw food out, I'd do it all stealthy like and make SURE no one saw it.

I still need to figure out how to get rid of people who follow me around and run through lists of foods to get me to eat at get togethers. ~sigh~

Luckily I haven't had to deal with this yet. Everyone that I see on a regular basis has been very supportive. Sometimes my DF can be a food pusher, but I can ignore him.
