I cheated & I feel terrible; what can I do to get back on track?
I cheated in the worse way, I ate popcorn, M&M Pretzels (a few), a slim jim, and I had a burger. I feel so so terrible, and I plan on getting right back on track. :\ I feel like I've been stuck at 125 forever, and it's discouraged me; has anyone cheated & managed to get back on track? Tips would be lovely.
What can I tell you... It could have been my thread as well... Everything you said I did it, (slight variation of food, but still cheated big time).
Yes, I've cheated, felt bad, got back on program, lost everything I gained and continued from there.
Just a warning: after I cheated the first time, I cheated more than once, and everytime I got back on program, please be careful not to fall off the wagon completely, get back OP ASAP.
YOU can control it....its YOU who puts that food in your mouth. YOU know its not right. ONLY YOU can not bring that food up to your mouth. We can tell you how we do it until we are blue/purple in the face and its not going to HELP YOU. YOU have to make the decisions. Everytime I think about putting something in my mouth BEFORE I even touch it, I tell myself WHAT IN THE WORLD are you doing??? you know you can't have that! that is when I am reaching for it. I HAVE NOT CHEATED. YOU are going to have to STOP and THINK before you make your actions!!! you have lost 40+lbs already and now you are stepping BACK.....C'mon YOU can do this!!!

I had a similar weekend. I am back on phase 1 today and trying to accept that I need to focus on one day at a time. And to be prepared for hunger when I am out by having a bar, or a rtd shake with me.
I am trying to lose the last 7 pounds and the slow pace at which it is happening is dragging me down. But mostly it is my own fault as I have been adding a bit here and there without really considering the results.
