I want to welcome everyone to the Daily Accountability Check-In. Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily food and exercise choices. All food and exercise programs are welcome. Consistency is the key to reaching our weight loss goals.
Introduce yourself or jump right in and tell us what you have been doing.
Well, folks, you won't believe it, but my youngest son is sick. He woke up with a fever this morning (Sunday) and has had a fever all day - only coming down with tylenol. This is unbelievable.
Berry, I hope your son feels better soon and that your family can go a good length of time without anyone getting sick!
I have a pair of pants that were given to me more than two years ago and they were my "skinny jeans"...meaning I could wear them on non-bloated days, but they were still tight. I put them on today and they finally fit comfortably for the first time in my life! And I now officially weigh less than I did when DF and I met 3.5 years ago.
Larry I agree with you, we need to find ways to keep everyone well...let's put our heads together and figure this one out.
Berry since Larry and I haven't figured out quite yet, is all I can send your way. Poor Henry I hope he's feeling better today. AND I hope everyone else stays healthy. one more time
Shish I'm so glad for you. I love that feeling when you think "will they fit today?" and not only do they fit but they fit comfortably. you are doing marvelously.
Good Morning to Everyone else. It's early here as it's Monday and Mom mobile must get moving so the kiddlets get moving. I have done my official weigh in and I have only lost one pound this week. One pound is better than no pound, right?
Morning everyone, we are sick here too. DH is feeling better, but oldest DS has been sick end of the week and weekend and yesterday youngest DS woke up with a sore throat on his birthday! I am taking my oldest to the walk in care clinic this morning, his seems to have settled in his chest with a horrible cough and he is having a hard time breathing. He has mild asthma, but even the rescue inhaler isn't doing the trick. Poor baby. Darn DH, I told him he should actually use the hand sanitizer I bought him when he is gone to conferences shaking hands all day, grrrrrr.
I just texted my gf to cancel our walk for this morning, I thought of just postponing in, but I don't want to be worrying about her schedule on top of everything else, so I will just workout on my own later when I can fit it in.
I splurged a little for DS birthday yesterday and felt like crapola when I went to be last night, I reminded myself that is why I prefer to eat healthy. The scale reflects it this morning, but no worries, I know it is just sodium weight and the extra carbs adding water too. Already have my first 20oz glass of water filled next to me.
I hope the day/week shapes up better than it has started.

What's with all the illnesses going around? it's striking everyone and it's only the beginning of October! Jomatho sorry it's hit your family too.
I was up 4 times last night with the little guy. Three times just checking on him. Once to give him meds and he vomited, but he did manage to keep the meds down. Poor little guy. it's much easier now that he knows how to swallow a pill and we don't have to deal with trying to get a yucky liquid into him, but still. So sad to see a normally energetic kid down for the count.

It is strange, so early. My kids have already had two colds, and my 15 year old woke up that he may be getting a 3rd one!!

Dear you are not a cow - those are almost identical measurements!"
But I am SO SHORT!!!!!! -- It was actually a compliment for you two for being so dedicated and focused !!
Just because you are shorter doesn't mean you are smaller built or should have smaller hips or rib cage. Sure, some women are short and petite framed, but they don't necessarily go hand in hand. I'm looking at your avatar picture. That doesn't look like a person I would call a cow! You have more collarbone definition than me!
