Default Red Team Fall Frenzy 2011 Exercise Journal Week 3 (10/03-10/09)

For an effective weight loss program it is important to incorporate exercise as well as making better dietary choices. While any kind of exercise is good for you, it has been proven many times over that just cardio or just strength training isn't the way to go...you need to have a combination of both, with a little bit of core focus as well. So as you plan out and track your exercise this week, be sure to get in 2-3 strength workouts and 2-3 cardio sessions. And don't forget about those abs! Copy and paste the follow format and come back throughout the week to edit your original post. Let’s get busy!!

Tuesday- 140 mins (Insanity- Fit Test {30}, Max Interval Circuit {60}/ YBB " Hip Hop Abs" {50}

Wednesday- 80 mins (Insanity- Max Interval Circuit {60}, Cardio Abs {20})

Thursday- 120 mins(Insanity- Max Interval Plyo {60}/ Treadmill Run/Walk {60} 3.27m)

Friday- 110 mins (Insanity- Max Cardio Conditioning {60}, Max Recovery {50}

Saturday- 60 mins (Brazilian Dance Workout)

Sunday- 80 mins (Mini Bike & 200 Alternating bicep curls Challenge {5lb})

Goal for the week: 630 mins
Completed time: 650 mins/ 10 hrs and 50 mins

Monday: Walk 1 Mile
Tuesday: Bicycle: 60 mins, Dumbbells: 20 mins
Wednesday: Richard Simmons
Thursday: Walk 1 mile
Friday: Bicycle 120 mins.
Saturday: Walk 1 Mile
Sunday: rest day




WHAT I ACTUALLY DID!!


Monday: step aerobics, 20 mins exercise bike, walk 1/2 mile
Tuesday: Exercise Bicycle 65 mins, Dumbbells 30 mins, Jeanettey challenge done!!
Wednesday: Walking 1 mile, Jeanettey challenge done
Thursday: Dumbbells 30 mins, Jeanettey challenge done day 3!! whooop whooop
Friday: Walking 2 miles, Dumbbells 20 mins
Saturday: 2 hr bike ride..glorious day!!
Sunday: rest day
