Good morning! I didn't see the thread started for today so I hope you don't mind!

This morning was a good morning! I got on the scale and I'm only 0.3 lbs away from being back in the 180's!!! It's so close I can taste it (and it tastes much better than anything food wise!!!).

I also had a silly little NSV. Before I started OP I ranged between 203lbs and 205lbs, if I was having a 'fat day' I couldn't wear my wedding rings, and if I was having a 'skinny day' I could. I probably only got to wear them half of the time. However; since starting IP and getting my weight down for good I've worn them so much I have tan lines on my ring finger I missed that!!!

Busy day again for me, but I hope everyone has some great WIs today!!! Stay OP!!!

Good morning! I had a nice surprise this morning. I wasn't expecting a whole lot on the scale and I was actually down 2.4lbs. I love it when you step on hoping for a certain number and you pass it completely. I of course wanted to hit 40 after I got so close last week but I knew that was out of the question so I just wanted at least a pound. I have now officially lost 39 pounds. I WILL hit 40 next week even if TOM is still around. That 39 keeps me right at a 3lb average so I'd say I'm trucking right along.

Those of you who weigh daily like I do, remember that as of Tuesday I was UP 1 pound from last Thursday and I still managed a 2.4 pound loss for the week. Just stay on plan and let your body do what it needs to do. The one thing I did make sure I did everyday is got a lot of water. I had been slacking and maybe only drinking 80oz and sometimes I added a propel zero but I don't count that in my daily water consumption.

Good luck to the others weighing today.

And soon you will be wearing your wedding ring on your middle finger like I do! It's getting too loose for that now too though so I will have to get a temporary sizer soon. Good for you. Keep up th great work.

Congrats!!!!! I had that same feeling of dread last week where I didn't think I would lose anything. Isn't it a great feeling when you surpass your expectations?

Great job on the 39 pounds! You are passing me by! I had 2 restricted yesterday and now have to get on the bootcamp bandwagon and stay away from those. I have just been hungry lately! If my body tells me I am hungry I am trying to listen to it and have more protein, just NOT 2 RESTRICTED in the same day! It seems like on my weigh in days like yesterday , I always want to "reward" myself with a restricted treat., I think this goes back to my WW days! lol!

Good morning!
Navymommy: I had to buy a new cheaper wedding ring. Now I am close to fitting my original one! I am glad yours fits well now.

Itsaboutime; Great on your weight loss! I weigh everyday also and find that I do go up and then down. Great on being lower than you expected!

My WI was 1.4. However, I am in the 40s and staying. I took the big plunge to go to Phase 2. I am definitely nervous. It is hard giving up my packets that have supported me these past months.
I am trying the pomegrante mayo for the first time!

SanhyH..Those restricteds do taste good! Good luck today.

I am not passing you by! Our bodies do what they want and you could pass me in one little week. You have a big loss coming yet! I am the opposite. I haven't been hungry at all. In fact, I'm struggling to get all 4 cups of veggies in and some days I don't. I never miss out on the protein and I still eat my restricted each day but the veggies aren't always on track. Good luck this week. You could easily hit 40 with me!

WILDFLOWER: Thanks so much for the spreadsheet. You gave me some excellent ideas about Phase 3. It is very helpful to have the items' nutritional values. I was interested in the Almond Milk...low carb and no sugar.
Hope your Phase 1/2 is going well. I am starting Phase 2 today..but plan to use Phase 1 also if needed!

1.4 is still a good loss and it is much better than a gain! Good luck with phase 2!

Jealous! I wanted to hit 40 at week 13 and didn't quite reach it. Congrats to you for getting there and then some!

Oh come on! you have nothing to be jealous about, you're doing great, and come to think about it, you're doing better than me since you lost 39 pounds out of the 59 you want to lose, whereas I only lost 40 out of the 110 that I want to lose see... it's how we look at it.

You're doing great, you will hit the -40 by next week I am sure

Some great news from everyone already this morning! Love this diet! I hit a new decade this morning! Yippee!!! After having a bit of a stall, dropped 2 lbs overnight. Was it the jogging yesterday that did it? Who knows? I'm just glad to be in the 160's, my last decade (unless I decide to keep going - a possibility) and only 9 lbs to goal!
