Hi! I'm new to the board....not exactly new to weigh loss.
But, praying this is the time something clicks and I'm able to make some significant changes.
I really feel I'm needing to draw in closer and focus on my daily quiet time with God. I feel like I need to use Him to fill whatever need that I currently use food to fill. It's going to be a slow process, but I'm hoping that in the end, I'm in a more intimate relationship with Christ and a few pounds lighter.
Hubby and I lead the youth ministry in our church and I'd love to be a better example to the group on a healthy lifestyle. We've got some young ladies that could spiral out of control with their eating at the drop of a hat and I'd love to be a Godly example to them.
