I don't want to dampen your enthusiasm, but IMHO 3.33 lbs a week sounds a bit overly optimistic. Especially at your starting weight. Are you sure that you're not setting yourself up for disappointment if you "only" lose 1-2lbs a week?
It's definitely an aggressive goal but is consistent with what I lose when I am on atkins. I won't be sad if I only lose 1-2 lbs/week. But I'd rather set an aggressive goal and try to meet it!
