Here's another way to do the same thing:
Take calories, plus fat grams x4, subtract fiber grams x10, then divide that number by 50.
Keep in mind the fiber grams have a limit of 4.
So something with 200 calories, 5 grams of fat, and 3 grams of fiber would be 4 points:
200 + 20 - 30 = 190 190 divided by 50 is 3.8, rounded to 4.
