In a few months, you'll look back at these and already see a big difference. A little while after that, you'll see an amazing difference! This is the first step to a healthier, happier you. Good luck

I agree! You will feel so much better once you're moving forward and you'll be shocked at how quickly you see change. I think getting started is by far the hardest part.

You're braver than me, I took before pics and then deleted I couldn't face them. Now I wish I'd kept them! I have pics from when I was around 220 though and I think yehaw look at the difference.

You can do it, and you're going to love it!

Taking pix is a good think, I think it helps to make things more real. I know I can easily choose to live in denial about my body. I haven't taken recent pix yet but since you posted yours it encourages me to take some. I don't know if I can be as brave as you and post them but I will take them.

Congrats on choosing to make some changes in your life, a year from now you will be happy you did. Just remember if you take things one meal at a time, one day at a time, it makes things so much more manageable.

You can do this! I took starting pics and posted them here, too. This is a great place to help with your lifestyle change. Looking forward to following your journey.
