Default 1 month binge free challenge
Hi everyone,

I am having a lot of problems with binge eating at the moment. I recently went overseas for over a month and was able to break free from my binge eating habits for the entire time, but as soon as I came back home, the olds habits came rushing back.

Anyone up for a 1 month binge free challenge starting September 24th? If so, I'll create a spreadsheet on googledocts to track our progress.

Would be a really great way for us to be accountable.

I'm in! It starts on September 24th? I'll check back in right before then. :-) Cool I can't wait! Thanks for getting this started! I was thinking about doing it myself but then realized I couldn't manage a spreadsheet. HAHA.

Yay!!!!! So happy to have you both on board!!!

Anyone new who wants to join please add your username onto the sheet! The challenge starts August 25th and for the next month record whether or not you stuck to the challenge. I personally believe that if you slip up one day, that doesn't mean we give up - so I am going to be recording my adherence to the challenge with a happy and sad smiley face! Hopefully it'll all be similes!!

Its the 25th here in NZ so I am going to go ahead and record my first day!

I know we can all do this! Let's use this thread as a way of helping each other stay on track in the really difficult times!
