Ok so today I finally bit the bullet and took my measurements....omg what an eye opener for me! I know I've lost inches and I couldn't believe where I am, I can't imagine what I was!!! So there are my measurments:
Weight: 208
Waist: 45
Hips: 43.5
Chest: 45
Right Arm: 18
Left Arm: 17.5
Right Thigh: 26
Left Thigh: 26.5
Wrist: 7
Forearem: 12
So I calculated my % body fat from BMI calculators site and apparently I have 27.51% body fat with is in the ACCEPTABLE RANGE??? Are you kidding me? How does that work??? My waist is still a 45?? I don't understand this? HELP?!
ok I redid the calculation using a different site, the healthstatus.com site and it's says I'm 38.59% ok that's better! HAHA I freaked out, I was like how is my fat normal, NO WAY.....lol
I really don't like those sorts of things....there really is only a few ways to determine true body fat percentage and that is not one of them! Body fat pinching is one and Hydro weigh is another and that is almost never done.
% Body fat...I'm confused!
