Default 7lbs down in 5 weeks!!!!

I just wanted to share with people who would "get" IT!

I got back on track 5 weeks ago and have been working out and counting my calories again and its working for me! As of yesterday I have lost 7lbs and I am so excited and happy about my progress.

Sometimes I wonder why I backtracked in the first place as I feel great about myself and I don't feel deprived at all..

That's all thanks for reading

Good for you! That is awesome. I try not to think of it as backtrack. I prefer to think of it as your internal GPS just needed to get back on a better course! Keep up the good work, calorie counting ROCKS and is FREE!

Ha that is a great way to look at it! Although mine got off course enough to let me gain back 37lbs.......so it was seriously broken

Awesome work! I know how you feel about gaining weight back. You wonder why did I let it happen in the first place?!?!?!
Keep up the great work!! It is quite exciting!

I was down to 142 a few months ago, and then I got off track and I magically found ten pounds. It happens. Keep at it, congrats on your progress!

I know just how you feel. Every time I lose, I think, "I really could keep this up forever, I don't feel deprived at all and I'm so much happier." Then, I get off the wagon and gain a bunch back. Hopefully this time I get it through my thick head: "This is a lifestyle! And it feels GOOD!" And also, "This is really not so hard! I CAN do it!"

I just weighed in,and am down 9 lbs since the end of July. My only regret is I didn't find 3FC sooner, and that I didn't drop my other program a long time ago.The support and great info here is outstanding! I do so much better when every bite I eat is accounted for. I still think the best thing is to GET RID OF EVERYTHING THAT IS TOO BIG AS YOU LOSE WEIGHT! There is no turning back!
