Tickers and Signatures:

There are 2 requirements to have access to signatures and tickers. You must have been a member of 3fatchicks for 20 days AND posted at least 20 messages anywhere on the 3fatchicks forum. Searching:

If you can't find what you're looking for in this forum using the website search function, try using the "double search" using Google.

1) Go to google.com. Search 3fatchicks by using the term site:3fatchicks.com at the end of your google search.

For example, if you want to look for "big mac in a bowl", type "big mac in a bowl site:3fatchicks.com" in google search. No need to inlucde the quotation marks when you type.

2) This will bring up the page that you are looking for, now hit Ctrl+F to search on that page. Type "big mac in a bowl" and all instances of that search term will be highlighted.

Good morning all. I'm fasting for my bloodwork. I also updated the daily chat starter code with some additional links (to the sticky page) and made it a little more readable.

On a personal note, the scale read 150.0 this morning! I am a tiny bit away from getting into the 140s... I am super excited to be so close to having the same "14" at the beginning of my actual weight as my GOAL weight.

Good Morning. Tomorrow is the big day...GEAUX SAINTS!

It's the first preseason game and I am slated to work from 5:30am to midnight. Amazing the tailgaters here in Nawlins get up before the crack of dawn to start partying.

Quick question....do you think I could do 4 protein packs tomorrow. I know I'll be doing a lot of sweating and standing plus it will be an 18 hour day!

YES! Eat at least every 4-5 hours, and definitely have something if you are hungry. Your body needs nutrition!

Pxlkitty - Thats awesome! I'm sure by weeks end you'll be in the 140s!! Congratulations

I'm back on day 4 of my restart. I took a planned week off while on vacation and gained 5lbs but it was worth it!!!

The first couple of days really sucked - headaches and low energy, but today I'm feeling great! I'm down 2lbs this morning and I'm hoping to reach my before vacation weight before the end of week

My goal is to stay 100% OP so I can be reach the 130s before anniversary weekend the end of august (we're going to niagara falls for the weekend)

One question - since I'm doing this without a coach - how do you know when to start to phase off? My goal was 130 but what if I want to go lower then that? Do I move on to phase 2 when I hit 90%? then stay on phase 3 till goal (or lower?)

Good morning all!

Pxlkitty -- I look at your loss and am so excited for you and inspired to keep going.

I survived my first lunch meeting yesterday. I ordered a green salad with lettuce and cucumbers, grilled chicken and lemon wedges. And there were so many tempting things on that menu, but I remained 100% on program.

I also survived a fight with my husband last night and didn't go straight for food for comfort. Huge step for me.

Good morning everyone.

I feel like I turned some corner yesterday. Today I feel great like I've already lost a bunch of weight (I haven't really lost that much of what I put on in the last few months) and I feel all energized and pain-free. I slept well, put on makeup and even chose to wear my sexier shoes instead of my usual plodding sandals. I'm very happy with IP and I tell everyone about it because I can't believe so few people know!

Supposed to be rain and even thunderstorms here at the top of beautiful lake superior today - but we need it.

Good morning! I had my best weigh in since week 2 so I'm super happy today! I'm down 4 pounds, bringing my total to 24 in 7 weeks, and 2.5 inches. I'm thrilled with the inches also because I FINALLY lost an inch from my thigh! Good week.

I don't know if working on my feet for 4 days helped or not but I am going to start walking a mile or 2 each day and see if it continues. My husband will be thrilled I'm using my treadmill again! If I don't see a loss halfway through the week I will stop. It may have just been because I had a small loss last week.

Good luck to the other Thursday weigh in'ers.

Good morning all, had a surprise WI in at work (there is about 10 of us on it here and my coach works here as well), well any who, down to 157 lbs and lost a total of 24.5 inches in my 8 and a half week journey!!!!! Pretty excite, except lost another 2 inches in the chest region, they're just going to be skin soon

Way to go all you "LOSERS"!!!
NSV-had to shop for dress pants last night, went to Coldwater Creek (never shopped there) wearing a size 12 and there is no "W" capri!! WHAT?!?! I don't ever remember being a size 12 so just had to share with all of you.

Good Morning IPers!!!!! Its a great morning! Had WI#9 last night and another 4.6 GONE!!!! For a total of just under 40 lbs in 9 weeks!!!!!! My coach gave me all the paperwork for a 2 week phase off for a break, and then will be ready to head into onederland soon!!!!! I am super excited for my progress so far and actually loving life!!!!!

I also have been trying on these old capris that I havent worn in at least 6 years, and each week they were just too tight, well yesterday THEY FIT!!! And I wore them all day and they were so comfortable!!!!

I'm so thankful to have found IP and that I can begin to lead a happy and healthy life!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day!! Its so beautiful outside in MD, no humidity and so wish I didnt have to be stuck in an office all day!!!!
