Hi everyone I am pretty sure that many of you know my story already, I began IP last yr on september, and phased off in xmas after losing 40 lbs. I gained 10 lbs from december to July and decided to go back, but it didnt work, then I puted on another 5 lbs in just 1 month!whic really woke me up and told me hey, do u want to look like the fat pig u were 1 yr ago? and that made me realize that I needed to stop cheating to myself, by not being strong enough not only to go back on plan, but also to STICK with it, and avoid temptations I did it once, so I can do it again!, and I am doing it!! I've been in the wagon for 5 days sucessfully on ketosis after binging junk food, and coktails, I feel so good, lighter, and cant wait for my 1st weight in, which I'll be posting soon, andthe best thing is that they just opened a clinic, in a walking distance away from my house, and before, I used to driveto one 20 mnts away! so, there are not excuses, and as you can tell IP has become very popular because it works!!!

Congratulation on making the decision of coming back!
I started on friday and everything is going good so far, no headaches or nausea..nothing and I jumped on the scale this morning and am 4 pounds lighter. I'm really liking this diet

Yes this diet is awesome, I lost 6.11 the first week yeii, now goin for my second weight in tomorrow.

Welcome back. I just restarted after a ten month break and am feeling so much better already. I'm on day 4 this round and everything is getting back to normal. Best of luck to you!
