Well, apparently I wasn't clear that I wanted to LOSE 4 lbs, as I GAINED nearly that much at my high point. Then down a bit to end at 1 in the wrong direction. Next month is all about getting down to my comfortable weight and not getting greedy and aiming for 2 more pounds beyond that like I did in August.

I lost 0.5 lbs. Well, I lost close to 3 but gained some back. Too much indulgence. Must get serious!

Hmm, maybe that was my problem too Emma - lack of clarity I managed to gain 3 too, not through bad food choices but just too darned much food. Apparently I was going through a growth spurt
