Default I'm Back!!!

Soooo I've had a long summer and I've gained some weight back. Last time I was on here I weighed 189. Now, I weight 195. This summer I spent 4 weeks in Peru and my boyfriend and I of 3 years broke up (not looking for a pity party, we just lived together and since I had to move out I was moving around a lot and not able to go to the gym as much). I was actually able to work out in Peru 3 days a week...meaning no weight gain in Peru!!! Believe it or not I felt like losing was so much easier during the school year. It's also probably because during the school year I was able to keep a schedule. I'm glad I didn't do too much damage. Time to start back though!!! 45 pounds to go :/ Wish me luck!!!!

Welcome back! Good thing you caught yourself in time before you strayed too far... not too bad for a summer abroad I'd say! I also am back after a lapse since last summer (I gained about 15 lbs before getting pregnant, plus whatever I'll be leftover with at the end of this pregnancy.) Getting the healthy eating and exercise back on track doesn't seem too hard. Sure you'll do great!
