anyways I've been reading about the south beach diet and picked up the book so my fiance and I can start it. Going grocery shopping tomorrow and will start Tuesday. Any helpful advice to get started? Any yummy foods I should pick up tomorrow and stock up on? Can't wait to hear from all of you ans become part of this group!!
