I've been eating a lot of fresh veggies on crusty bread. I'll often make a tomato, lettuce, bell pepper, avocado and cheddar sandwich.

Today is my first born's birthday. She's 9 today!! 9!! Goodness, where has the time gone?

Breakfast: Special K, skim milk, coffee w/ powdered creamer (310)
Lunch: 100 cal flatbread, tomato, avocado, bell pepper, cheese, lettuce, baked cheese curls (400)
Snack: Dunkin Donuts coffee w/ cream (60)
Dinner: Chinese take-out (steamed veggies, 1/2 cup of white rice, hot and sour soup, and a couple of wontons) (600)
Calories: 1,370
Sodium weight gain this morning from the Chinese food. Up 2lbs!
