Are peas and corn really that good for you? What is the best vegetable to eat? I like veggies in a can cause they are easy to heat up....

Help me please, i want to start eating more veggies!!

Veggies that are high in starch (corn, for instance) are no less nutritious, but I think they have more calories.

Things like carrots, green beans, broccoli etc. are lower in calories.

You can check things like this at www.fitday.com its really convienent

hope this helps!

Frozen veggies are much better for you - more nutritious and far less sodium. Corn and Peas are starches and points must be counted for them. If you only eat canned, you are very limited.

Default thanks guys

thanks everyone for you responses. I love vegetables but I basically am kinda lazy, and I don't know what to do with the veggies.

Thanks again!

Annie
