I know the feeling. I get them too. I find that when I'm craving something sweet, I go with a small chocolate bar, like the 100 calorie bars I keep around for something to pick at. Also, I love the veggie chips, or baked chips, not as good as "regular" chips but still satisfies the urge. I also find that chewing gum or occupying yourself (like read a book, or fold laundry) for a few minutes will usually curb the craving.
PS. This is only my second day of "healthy living". I refuse to call it a diet because I, like many, have failed numerous diets. So healthy living is my way of making a few lifestyle changes to benefit my health
