Default Under 215!
I reached my first minigoal! 214.2 this morning!

I am now under 215 which is my lowest weight this year and my lowest totaly weight in the last FIVE years!

It totally inspired me and I am doing two workouts today! It's even my day to get a take out lunch but I don't even feel like it so I am going to save it for a day when I am too busy. First time I have passed up vietnamese food in, well forever!

210 here I come!

Congratulations!!!! It feels fantastic to reach the first mini goal doesn't it?

My first mini goal was to get through week 1 without "sneaking a _____ because one little _______ won't matter..."

I figure the longer I stick to it the easier it will be to not want to sneak anything!
