chia substitute?
Currently at the store and they dont sell chia seeds. Is there a close substitute? Namely using them for oatmeal tomorrow. Thx!

Not that I'm aware of, Jenne. Besides the fiber and omega3 boost, the uniqueness of chia is the the way they gel and thicken whatever you add them to. Perhaps you could substitute flaxseed, as they are almost close in nutritional value.
