Default Bruising?
I know I saw something about this somewhere... It might have been in a daily chat. Anyway, all the sudden I have bruises all over! Any idea why this might be happening? I'm taking all my supplements.

I have no idea, but I have been bruising more often also. I had my WI with my coach yesterday and forgot to ask her.

Hmmmmm. You are taking the supplement with K (Potassium) in it right? I am drinking Propel ( my coach told me to drink 2-3 bottles a day) It is 0-0-0, but has some electrolytes. I like Kiwi-Strawberry, Grape, Black Cherry and Lemon the best. You might want to try some.

I think I am taking potassium. A couple weeks ago, my coach told me not to drink the propel zero. She said it maybe 0-0-0, but has to many weird chemicals in it.
