Okay, so ive been doing 4 packets a day plus my 1 protein meal plus 4 cups of veggies except for yesterday..yesterday i could only seem to eat 2 cups. Aanyway, I was doing good all week..didnt cheat once...Drank my 3 litres of water every day and managed to get a light walk in. I weigh myself every morning and every morning the scale went down..except for today! It didnt budge!
I dont get it? If im doing the diet right and im losing every day how come if all of the sudden it stops??? Is it going to stop for awhile? Did this happen to any of you on your 7th day??? I have lots to lose, so i was thinking that maybe it would go down every day...
Also, do you think its because im having one restricted a day? Im doing the pretzels once a day for a snack..so..its more like 3 packs and 1 restricted a day..should i just cut the restricted out???
