Alright, weighing in at 247 this morning was a horrible feeling, I want to get down to the thirties as soon as possible so I can at least not be so close to my highest weight ever.

Walked two miles today on the treadmill in new shoes...owie, can't wait till that doesn't hurt anymore.

Anybody else working on getting out of the 240's?

I want to get into and then back out of the 40's, Lol! Who cares if there is another 240's thread, this one is shorter so why not just start a new one where the noobies or returnees can mingle? I'm a returnee, and have an affinity for short threads.

I have gained back up to 247 too. My mission this week is to see 245.
