Default Creamed Spinach
I have some beautiful looking spinach from my garden and was looking for a recipe for creamed spinach. What I ended up doing is steaming the spinach and putting melted Herb and Garlic Laughing Cow cheese wedges on it. It was delicious and really easy. (With that I had shrimp). What a treat!!!

YUM! I love Laughing Cow, so many uses, so few calories.

I make my husband whole wheat enchilada's with the Quaso (sp) Laughing Cow and he loves them.
