Default Totally unexpected NSV!

After almost five months (and over a month "stuck" at 25 pounds), I finally managed to make it to the 30-pound mark. I've been feeling like my progress has stalled to a certain extent, and even though I know that losing slowly may be better for me in terms of keeping it off, it's still a little discouraging.

Then I went shopping for capris today, and discovered that since the last time I bought pants (a little over a month ago) I have dropped another size, from 14 down to 12. I also got professionally fitted for a bra today, and found out that I've gone from a 42DD to a 38D.

Well, pardon me, but

So I've decided that, instead of thinking "It's taken me five whole months to lose 30 pounds!" I'm going to think "It's only taken me five months to drop 3 pants sizes, 2 shirt sizes, 4 inches off my chest, and a full cup size!"

Hope everyone is having a great week!

YES YES YES! Excellent news! Sometimes the scale "lies". Our progress isn't just about pounds, it's about inches and clothing size and general healthiness. Way to go!
