So I have a pretty big NSV (at least for me).
Since I'm bigger, I've always been embarrassed to run in public.
But today that all changed! I finally ran the track by my house! 1.5 miles
I'm becoming a runner...never thought that would ever happen!
Running outside is a lot easier than the treadmill though. I'm not sure why but I like it a lot better and I'm getting over my fear of running in public. Maybe cause I don't "bounce" as much anymore! Haha.
