Calorie Countdown Milk vs 1%
I know we "don't count carbs" on SBD but in looking at these two options the Calorie Countdown Milk has only 3 gms per serving vs 13 or so for 1%, and lower calories. Would it make sense to drink this one or stick with the 1%?
Thanks!

Instead of looking at carbs, make your choice on the basis of fat content.
