7/5- 30 Minutes at Curves and 60 minutes at Zumba!!!!
7/6- 30 Minutes at Curves!!
7/7- 30 Minutes at Curves!! and 60 minutes at Zumba!!!
7/8- 30 minutes short walk after dinner!!
7/9- 180 minutes!! Intense hiking trip with the bff!!
7/10- 60 minutes hiking and swimming!!!
7/11- 60 minutes running/walking!
7/12- 60 Minutes ZUMBA!
7/13- 30 Minutes Treadmill and 15 Minutes weight training!
7/14- 60 Minutes ZUMBA!!
7/15- Rest Day... Harry Potter!!
7/16- 240 Minutes! Intense hiking trip! Whew!!
7/17- Accidental Rest Day
Baaad cramps!
7/18- Rest again! (First TOM in a year! not handling well)
7/19- 30 minutes at home zumba dvds, not intense, but interesting!
7/20- Rest again! I'm so tired of being sick! Tommorrow it's Over! Getting my life back!
7/21- 60 Minutes Zumba!
7/22- 30 minutes treadmill!
7/23- Rest Day!
7/24- Waitressed all day but no set exercise!
7/25- 60 minutes Running/Walking
7/26- 60 minutes Zumba!!!
7/27- Tons of shopping with mom and sister!!!
7/28- 50 Minutes on the Treadmill
7/29- 30 Minutes Treadmill and 15 minutes strength and weights!
7/30- 20 Minutes treadmill and 15 minutes strength and weights!
7/31- 60 minutes chasing a 2 and 3 year old around a playground!
Total: 1675 Minutes
