Default A couple recipes with LOTS of FLAVOR...YEAH!!!

Okay since I have started dieting I have found a couple of ways to help with flavoring things up.

For snacks, I usually munch on popcorn or pretzels and I wanted some pretzel dip. Although this sounds weird this recipe is really good. (If you like horseradish.)

1/4 cup honey
2-3 TBSP. horseradish
1 TBSP. mustard

Mix well. I really like this.

Here is a salad idea.

Any kind of lettuce. I use fresh spinach. Then I cut up some sweet onion and mix in. I poor some Red Wine vinegerette dressing on top (Only 5 fat grams per TBSP.) You don't need to much. Then I sprinkle some slithered Garlic flavored almonds on top.

I do not care for vineger or vineger dressings but this Red wine vineger is wonderful.

I also found that for air popped popcorn you can spray Pam or non-stick spray on the popcorn and then sprinkle with whatever seasoning you like. This helps the seasoning to stick to the popcorn.

Anyone with any idea's on making WATER taste better! LOL!

God Bless,

Amy

I like adding sliced up oranges to my water and letting a pitcher of it sit in the fridge for a couple hours. It tastes fantastic and not sour like lemon water

if you can have carbonated beverages, they have flavor fruit waters that are really good-we usually get the store brand like pathmark shoprite and walmart. They come in bigger bottles, like 1 liter, and if you carry it around, you will drink it more!!

i hope this helps!
