I am just starting phase three, and my coach is off sick for a bit, her child has a huge illness so I am out there with this question. Here's what I have planned for my breakfast for tomorrow. I know how much I need to watch in totals for grains 30g, proteines 25g, fruits 20g, dairy less then 120 cal, and fat 15g. Are these totals for just the food group or do we add them all up,
