Smile Need daily Point Formula

Hello everyone!

I am doing what i believe is the momentum plan at home (the plan before points plus) I just started it again but cant find my first book that tells you how many daily points you get. I know it has to do with your weight and how active you are, but I cant remember exactly how it goes. can anyone give me that information here or send a message to me with it? I sure hope so, I did well on momentum before I got pregnant (lost about 35 pounds) so I would like to get the rest off now!

Thanks Marie

You expect us to provide information we paid for? Go to a meeting and get the book. PointsPlus works better.

Marie, I'm in the same boat. I gave my sister my materials and she lost them. I'm here looking for information on the only plan that I have lost weight. I can't believe how nasty that response was. Anyway, much success and a happy new year.

It would be very hard to supply this information correctly. Each time WW changed their plan they also changed the points value for individual foods. They want you to have to join or its not profitable for them. You could possibly Google the plan you are interested in such as Momentum and try to get the information that way.

Its my opinion that meetings are a very important part of the plan but I know they are becoming hard to find. People are losing interest in WW for various reasons.
