Default scandinavian bran crackers? what?!

Hello all. Just finished a mega-shopping trip to resupply the pantry and I found something called something called GG Scandinavian Bran crackers. I was starved when I got home so I had one. They have two net carbs per slice and seem to make a nice platform for a bit of cheese or smoked salmon. Anyone heard of these things? Is this some kind of P2 secret waiting to be revealed?

They seem fine for Phase 2.

How do they taste?

Those are them! Well, they taste a bit like weetabix cereal but a bit more savory. They were great with a little schmear of neufchatel cheese and some salmon.

I will definitely look for those, thanks for pointing them out. Good idea about the cheese and salmon, yum!

I will need to try these. A store not to far from me carries them.

Interesting - these are what Dr. Stephen Gullo recommends in The Thin Commandments. But I have never seen them in a store. Looks like you can order them online by the case for less than $3/ box.
