Default 25lbs down at week 8
hi all so its week 8 and am another 2lbs down brininging my total loss to 25 lbs

am chuffed just preparing myself for the dreaded plateau to make an apperance lol

also av decided to keep my weigh according to my home scale as its accurate so I now weigh 206 lbs

week 1 - 5lbs
week 2 - 4lbs
week 3 - 2lbs
week 4 - 4lbs
week 5 - 3lbs
week 6 - 2lbs
week 7 - 3lbs
week 8 - 2lbs

That's great! I've been on this journey for 8 weeks too, but my scales seem to move a bit slower. ;-)
