Question Any ideas to thicken watered down jelly?

I accidentally grabbed the raspberry packet and poured it into 8 oz of water intended for my soup! I only had one packet of jelly, and I planned to use some of it for my IP pancake tomorrow morning! Does anyone know of any way to legally thicken the watered down jelly, short of adding another packet of jelly?

Probably the only thought would be to go out and buy a box of knox gelatin Or go and add a packet of sugar free splenda sweetned jello..I dont know that anything else would thicken it.

Can you just add a drop or two of raspberry extract to your pancake mix?
