Hello,
I am wondering if the IP products can be found online anywhere for purchase. Me and a friend signed up, paid the $300 admin fee, etc...but we do not like the doc/coach...she was great in the beginning but now we feel its all about how much business she can get, my friend lost 4lbs her first week and was told that it was bad, that she didn't do good at all, very rude and I think not nice at all. I forgot my book and she started yelling at me that I was not doing what I was supposed to. Also we wait forever to get our items because they have become very disorganized. I don't know what to do, I tried looking for a list of IP locations but couldn't find any. Thinking if we could buy them online we could do that instead.

I'm so sorry you're having a negetive experience with the coaching. The IP web page has resources to inquire about locations. That's how I was directed to mine. You need quidance for the protocol. It's very important in understanding the phases. It's the beginning of forever, it works. 4 pounds her first week is fantastic, congratulations. I hope you are able to find better qualified support and a much nicer coach.

Proti diet and Proti thin products (i buy from naushuanutritin.com) are very similar and some are exactly the same. I left my coach for same reason, all they wanted was my money. They were actually selling proti products instead of IP but charging the same $4.05 per packet. Just a note, so of the proti products do have aspertame so by careful if that doesn't work for you. As far as knowing what you can use for restricted and what is not. 8 carbs and under is unrestricted. Good luck to you and your friend. It takes a little more work to do the research on your own but it's totally doable. Find the link to the IP book on the phases thread and read it. Then if you have any quuestion come here!
