Exercise is frowned upon when you first start the diet. You can make modifications to it to compensate working out, if you have been for a long time, but ASK your coach!
Sugar free gum has also been an item of contention. It does have carbs, so most coaches say no, but some say a piece every now and again is ok. So again, you're gonna have to ask your coach.
