Good morning all - I managed to resist the nighttime snacking last night - so difficult for me.

Oatmeal 2/2
FF yogurt w/cereal mixed in 3/5

Ham sandwich I didn't eat on Monday 2/7

Part of leftover chicken breast 2/10

nope - have classs tonight

exercise: 40 min elliptical, dog putter, car vacuum

Another day another pound...

OK here goes

morning- 8
scrambled egg whites - 2 pts, bacon- 4, cof-1, toast- 1

lunch - 8
chicken- 5, yam-2, string beans - 1

so... I've already used up 16 points and I WANT A SATISFYING DINNER!!!!!!!!!

Not too much whining...

Katie, great on resisting late night snacks. I wish I could make the same claim.

Still struggling but today hasn't been too bad so far.

Breakfast

Total: 26.5

I agree on the snacks. I almost eat my point allotment before DP gets home, so I usually don't eat with her. Its sort of pathetic.
