It can be really frustrating to be doing healthy things and not lose weight. We all hit little stumbles and plateaus along the way.
If you just want to vent, feel free. You WILL work through it.
If you want some detailed advice about what might help you overcome the challenge, you'll have to give us some more information.
What's your food like? Are you measuring or just eyeballing? Eating a lot of sodium? Eating all your points including the workout ones or just the daily ones or just the weekly ones? Are you eating the correct number of points? Are you following Momentum or Points Plus? Getting in your good health guidelines?
Stuff like that. =) Let us know and maybe we can chime in with few "mix it up" suggestions.
