Because when it was TOM I gained 4" on my chest & waist and according to her scale I am losing about 2 pounds per week. My first week on her scale I lost 6 pounds, my scale showed a 10 pound loss.
I have been struggling to stay on plan, and I want to start working out, so she is trying me on phase 2. although I just started today because I have been off plan since Friday!
I let the holiday get the best of me
Also, I haven't been on this forum as much as I used to so... we will see how it goes!
