Default Phase 2 ??

Hi
So my coach is having me go on phase 2 this week as an experiment.. has anyone tried this before?
What were your results? Do you think I will lose weight and inches? I hope this doesn't stall my weight loss??

My weight loss and inches lost are a little slower than most, and she was telling me that some people just may need more calories and because I want to start working out she thinks it may help. I am trying it for this week... so we will see how it goes!

I haven't but looks to me like your losses have been pretty great! Especially with an average of 3.8 per week. It will be interesting to see what happens on phase 2 for you, good luck!

I was on phase 2 and did see an increase in my losses, BUT I'm not sure why your coach is suggesting you change something that is working so well for you. I'm all for tweaking the program as you start to run out of gas or as your body adapts to the program, but you are losing over 4 lbs per week!

IMO, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. It won't hurt you, so go for it if you want, but it may not increase your losses over 4 lbs per week!

Because when it was TOM I gained 4" on my chest & waist and according to her scale I am losing about 2 pounds per week. My first week on her scale I lost 6 pounds, my scale showed a 10 pound loss.
I have been struggling to stay on plan, and I want to start working out, so she is trying me on phase 2. although I just started today because I have been off plan since Friday! I let the holiday get the best of me
Also, I haven't been on this forum as much as I used to so... we will see how it goes!
