streches or excercises for sore knees?
OK so I know that jogging for me wouldn't be a good idea at the moment because its high impact and also my levels of cardio are almost non existent. A friend of mine donated a cross trainer to me, she doesnt use it and it was just taking up space.
I decided to start to build up my cardio, starting with 7 minutes and build from there but not even a minute in and my knees start to hurt. I thought with it being low impact i wouldnt have this problem but I must just have bad joints or something.
Any suggestions? Has any one else had this problem? will it go away the more I work out?
