So in August I'm moving out of my parents house, out of state even, to live with my boyfriend. I've gained 30ish pounds back this past year (due to a new job and life...[i have alot of excuses
]), and would really like to get that off plus a little more before I move. For a few reasons..
1) to maybe give me a boost of confidence 2) cause I know the first little bit after moving is going to be stressful, and weight gain may happen 3) cause it gives me a goal to go towards!
I hate weighing myself, because if it is a bad day on the scale, it does really ruin my day.. So I'm going to do weekly weigh ins.. Every thursday
I'd love for you guys to join me! & keep with updating and supporting eachother.. Doesn't have to be thursdays.. that is just the day I picked.
Lets make this summer a productive one together!!!
