Hi everyone! Figured I'd open up the gates a day early since I'll be busy tomorrow morning!

This thread will close on Sunday. I have been a bit lenient about letting people give me their starting weights but I have to be tough now - I won't allow any weigh ins to be counted after Sunday! It's not fair on other contestants if you have extra days to count your weights!

So let the games begin! You have til Sunday to give me your current weight! I will work out your weight loss percentage and I will post up a separate thread with a link to the result tables and you will be ranked up!

I think I had better bow out of this competition. When I gave m y starting weight, It was two weeks since my last official weight in (because of the bank holidays). My starting weight was 153.5lb and my weight now (as of this week's weigh in) is 147lb. However, this weight was lost over three weeks, not one, so it wouldn't be fair on the other contestants to register a loss of 5.5lb.

Good luck to everyone who stays in the competition.

I'm down 1lb to 202 - amazing considering it's TOM and I also haven't been able to exercise this week. Love it when that happens...

Hi All,

well done to all of you recording losses this week

My weight this morning is 13 stone 6, so 188lb. This is using my new scales that actually work, so from here on in, no excuses!

In theory I've lost a lb, which I'm really happy with considering I was in London for a couple of days eating crisps and cakes and fat steaks and things, drinking more wine n beer than I have in months, and then last night went to my mates for a dinner party and overinduldged again. However, for four days last week I was amazingly on plan, and have got in lots of exercise, so maybe it is possible, and not just scale swapping that's helped me out!

Oh well,whatever, this week, I have to stay on plan for at least most of the week and see where it gets me!

Hi....My internet went down yesterday so I wasn't able to get on...stupid Uni...but if ure still willing to count it i lost 4lbs down to 133lbs xxxxx
