Talking New mini goals for May

1.) lose 10 lbs.
2.) stick to my new eating habit. (calling it a habit but its def. not a habit yet but positive reinforcement i suppose.)
3.) go to the gym 6 days a week wether i have someone going with me or not!
4.) be happy!
5.) continue increasing my cardio and my weight training.(now:elyptical for fifteen incline 6- resistence 11/ treadmill 30min incline-2.5 speed-3.4)

this will keep me in line with my 90 day challenge!

I need to setup some minigoals. I'm journaling my journey into weight loss and that's exactly what I'm missing. Thanks for that.
