Default NSV...actually non weight loss victory!!
So, I was minding my own business today, sitting at home, when it occurred to me that it was May 6 today...

Today marks 8 months since I quit smoking! YAY!!

Occasionally I get a passing "oh I could have a smoke" thought...not even a craving, just a thought, but I push it aside and think about something else. I think I only get those because my husband still smokes!

Quitting smoking was the first change I made towards a new and healthier lifestyle. This weight loss adventure is the second!

YAY!!

I quit last year too but had some cheats in there because my husband was still smoking. This February he finally quit for good! Yea smoke free house!
