When I ate there on phase 1, I had the gluten free sauteed spinach and the gluten free shanghai cucumber with very light sauce. I also had the seared tuna from the appetizers without sauce. I used a gluten free soy sauce which they brought to the table.
I have also just ordered steamed chicken breast with asparagus and mushroom or other mixed veg (no carrot) no sauces please! They made it for me. I seasoned with the gluten free soy sauce and a bit of the hot mustard and chili paste.
