The new Omelet :
Calories = 140 (up 40)
Total Fat = 4.5 g (up 4 g - a good thing)
Cholesterol = 25 mg (up 25 mg)
sodium = 250 mg (up 100 mg)
Carbs = 7 g (up 6 g)
Fiber = 1 g
Sugars = 3g (up 3 g)
Protein = 18 g (down 2 g)
I try to keep my sugar grams to the bare minimum - this isn't helping. I'd rather make my own omelet with fresh eggs. I'm just curious about some of the other packets.
