Does anyone have the most recent nutritional fact sheet available that they can post? You know the one that has the blueberry pudding and the other new items on them.

I asked my coach about that today, and he said he hadn't seen an updated one. The one he gave me is missing several items.

Thanks for asking...Hopefully they come up with an updated one soon, as it would be nice to have the nutritional breakdown of all the products on one list.

I would also be interested in this new fact sheet. I was extremely disappointed when I found out my favorite - the omelet - suddenly had more carbs and *gasp* sugar! I've become very suspect of a company that is not forthcoming with its clients.

Did they change the recipe in the omelet!! That is my staple!!

The new Omelet :

Calories = 140 (up 40)
Total Fat = 4.5 g (up 4 g - a good thing)
Cholesterol = 25 mg (up 25 mg)
sodium = 250 mg (up 100 mg)
Carbs = 7 g (up 6 g)
Fiber = 1 g
Sugars = 3g (up 3 g)
Protein = 18 g (down 2 g)

I try to keep my sugar grams to the bare minimum - this isn't helping. I'd rather make my own omelet with fresh eggs. I'm just curious about some of the other packets.
