Default Swimming hurts!

Hiya all, i tried swimming and i was in such agony with my back for the next 2 days that i know that is another thing i can't do anymore. Luckily whilst i was at the pool i spoke to the Aqua-Aerobics instructor who told me swimming can be very bad depending on your spinal problems and told me i should do the Aqua Mobility class instead ... it's on 2 days a week and it's 45 minutes a session so at least i am getting some activity

Reminds me of when i was well enough to use my exercise bike .. i had it set up in my living room and no one was in so i grabbed some carrot sticks from the kitchen and ran to the living room, stubbing my toes on the bike on the way through and breaking two toes! hahaha
